What is your cancellation policy?

Our aim is to provide exceptional branding services to all our subscribers. With our brand new Beta subscription, we offer exceptional value for more than 100 design templates for only $49 USD! This price is for 12 months of access to our full range of design templates and our unique design editing tool. If you would like to cancel your annual subscription, you can cancel at any time. Zenn does not offer refunds, and once you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your design assets and logo for the remainder of your initial subscription period. For example, if you signed up to the Beta program on January 1st and cancelled your annual subscription a month later - you will still have access to your account and all your design assets until December 31st of that year.

1. Subscribers wishing to cancel their subscription must cancel their annual subscription before the end of their 12 month billing cycle. If the subscriber does not cancel, we will charge your account for the next years annual subscription.

2. Cancellations made within the next annual billing cycle will still incur charges for that next annual cycle, as we have already allocated resources for your branding needs.

3.Upon cancellation, subscribers will retain access to our services until the plan expires.

4.We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for unused services during your subscription period.

5.To cancel your subscription, please visit My Account > Billing Tab > and click Cancel Subscription.

In cases where a subscriber renews their subscription after cancellation, they will not be entitled to any previous pricing or promotions offered during their initial subscription.
