Can I talk to someone?

During our beta launch, we are currently offering a messaging service via this chatbot.

Click on the Home button at the bottom of this chatbot, and send us a message via the button at the top of the window.

Also, we'd love to hear from you via our Feedback button. Your feedback is crucial to us. Every idea and suggestion you have for the Zenn platform, makes us even better. We're still learning!

Simply login to your account and in the top right, under the burger menu (the 2 yellow horizontal lines) you can find the "Feedback" button.
