How do I add my Email Signature to Gmail?

Downloading and uploading email signature to Gmail

One of the many designs assets our A.I creates for your new brand is an email signature.
Uploading your new email signature to gmail is a simple process - we're ready to guide you! :)

Go to your Brand homepage. You can find this under ‘My Brands’ in your account. You can find your email signature under the ‘Social Media’ tab on your brand homepage. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, the email signature is 2nd from the bottom, just before the Shopify templates.

*Note that this will change and the email signature is moving to Marketing Tab.

Click on the email footer you would like to use for your email signature. This will take you to the Editor - where you can make any updates to the template you want. Download your email signature from the Zenn brand homepage.

In the Editor, you can double-click on any type you want to update.

Once you’re happy with your design, you can click on the down arrow, in the top right of the page. This will download the file as a jpeg, which you can upload to gmail.

The upload process: Ensure your logo is in the jpeg format and is handy on your computer desktop or Google Drive. The simplest method to incorporate your logo in your sign-off is to directly upload the jpeg file onto the platform and adjust its size within the Gmail software.

Firstly, access your Gmail account and open the configuration menu by tapping on the cog symbol located at the upper right portion of the interface.

Next, tap on "See All Settings" and under the “General” tab, navigate down to the section dedicated to email sign-off.

Click on the “+ Create new” button. You can name the new email signature.

Once you’ve created the new signature name, you can then upload your signature asset. You upload by selecting the image icon in the signature window. Highlighted here, in red.

You can either upload from your G-drive, or drag the signature from your desktop into the upload window.

After uploading the new signature, it may appear quite large in the signature window. In fact, you may only see a small portion of it! You can click on the signature image and a menu will pop up, allowing you to select a different size - highlighted here in red.

Finally, make sure that all of your defaults are set correctly, so your signatures behave as you would expect.

Once you’ve set those defaults to your liking, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button. Your all done!
